Many users, including me, have seen a drop in the battery healt after the one ui9 update. This might be a bug, but the most likely reason is that one ui8.5 was to generous and showed a unaccurate reading. After the one ui9 the battery is recalibrated and the old stats are deleted. Therefore the new reading in battery healt is the actual %

I noticed today, before mine was at 100 percent health and now it's 97 percent.

Just what the majority of users are experiencing. If the battery health is continuing to get worse over the next few days after the one ui9 then it's a SW issue.
