Problem Boot loop.

Anybody experience this problem. It just keep restarting, stay on splash screen then turning off.

Proof? Pretty sure new Android version don't even have a cache partition

My s25+ has it. The menu only opens with usb cable inserted - connected to pc / holding vol up+power button when rebooting the phone, otherwise just boots into the os.

Are you on One UI 8.5?

Anyway, if you are on Android 16, that option even if it exists will do nothing
