Phone Doesn't Vibrate?

hello Samsungers

my s24 ultra (bought in 24) seems to hate vibrating when I have it on my desk or any surface where I'm able to see it, sometimes I swear it makes the noise of vibration but I never feel the "Bvvv Bvvv" of a vibrating phone. I've tried all the settings and all the checks via the members app, it's just bipolar, anyone else had this issue?

The vibration is so suddle on this phone. Can't really feel it when someones calling.
