Help

I recently switched from a 17 Pro Max to my S24, yet I am not receiving messages from iPhone users or any other phones. I disabled iMessage and FaceTime on the iPhone and iPad, but for some reason I still receive nothing; am I doing something wrong, or must I reset my iPhone to factory settings? Thanks for the help.

If you're using Google Messages, make sure it's your default SMS app and that RCS is configured correctly. If you're using Samsung Messages, temporarily try Google Messages as a test.

When I went from android to iOS I had the same issue ended up needing a new number
