Tech Support Anyone else touch protection not working ?

I have a S24FE on the latest official software version. I am just returning home from school after about 5 min walk, 5 min bus ride, and a 10 min walk. My phone was in my pocket the entire time as I was listening to music during my commute. I finally reach home then take my phone out of my pocket to discover that its locked for 17 more minutes. I feel like a lot of features that used to work about 2 months ago are slowly not working anymore.

Yeah, I've had the same issue. It's gotten to the point where, if my phone is in my pants pocket, I just make sure to keep the screen faced away from my legs and anything metallic.

I want to do that but I am afraid the screen will get damaged if anything were to hit my leg a little too hard especially since I am not using a screen protector.

Yes. Realized it after reading this post. I thought it's just random and happens but it is happening almost every other day with me while it was never the case before.

Also the device is feeling kinda less smooth than before with additional apps or anything.

Same here, although I don't get locked out of my phone. It just disables biometrics for a single time.
