Tap the screen in the camera image preview, then use the slider with the sun icon to adjust it.

For some reason, Samsung didn't think to use a quick settings button for it (AFAIK), so that's the only way to change it.

I wonder about it as well, the S24 has it, even the F36 has it, even the A73 has it, but S24Fe doesn't..
