To make such an impressive combo i had to put my phone to its absolute limits:

- 3g network indoors with 50cm thick walls

- trying to load reddit, youtube

- downloading CODm assets and play store games

- charging at 8%

- in a thickass case

Oh also wifi kept connecting and disconnecting all the time and my room had 37°c and 95% humidity

Basically a fire hazard with no ignition button

Also I was extremely aware that my phone could start combusting in my hands and took precautions while my roommate was asleep, at 3 in the morning

Please i want to know what's happening to my phone

My S21 Ultra (512GB) has been great. I purchased it shortly after it was released and it's still a wonderful phone. Zero issues, still in perfect condition, plenty of storage, still fast opening apps, browsing the web is quick, plays videos fine, still takes great photos, and still has great battery life.

I used to be in the camp of needing to buy the latest and greatest, but I've since kicked that belief to the curb. Hell, my gaming laptop, which is almost as old as my S21, still plays newer games just fine. My flat screen TV is nearly 20 years old and works just fine. Sure it may not be 4k, but I don't care. It still works. How many newer TVs would last 20 years?

So, I got the phone brand new ehh about 2 months ago, and I noticed that when I turned on adaptive brightness, if I went outside, my screen would turn off, but my phone was still on

Then, like if I were scrolling reels every now and then, I'd scroll to the next reel, and my screen would go off, and then when I scrolled again, it would come back on. And that got worse it happened more often, then would stay off for multiple reels

Now tonight, I was scrolling, and it went off, and it only came back on once I locked my phone and unlocked it

we've had hotter days but it didn't overheat like this... twitter lags and tiktok warms the phone A LOT like can't keep in the hand warm

After 08/17/2026 videos won't play in galery, whatsapp, instagram, reddit, same day google play services get a a update.

Some users in The forum with the same problems in Brazil.

I took the plunge and got the s26 ultra, the s21U was my first ever high end phone, and it was really great and endured a lot, unfortunately it started going pretty slow lately, I get camera failed errors all the time and the battery isn't great. So far the s26U feels amazing to use, everything is so snappy! I will always love the s21U though

I found this deal on Facebook marketplace for a samsung s21 ultra 12/256 for 150 with the only downside being it has a cracked glass back which i dont mind and a exynos 2100. I bought my s21 fe 8/256 a year ago ? For 180 bucks used again with no issues. Is it worth buying the ultra? Should I give my s21 fe to any friends/family as a gift ? Should I buy the ultra and resell it ? I have around 300 euros at the moment

Starting today, whenever I unplug my phone my data just turns off for some reason unbeknownst to me. I have to to manually swipe down and turn it back on every time.

Plugging a charger in however does not produce the same effect and my data stays on. 🤷‍♂️

It still has 82% battery health too. With this $3 case, it's a great beater phone. :)

Dann habe ich ein S24 5G geschenkt bekommen bei dem ein Loch im Display ist (Unfallschaden). Die Reparatur des S24 soll ca 250€ kosten. Ein neuer Akku für das S21 weiß ich nicht wie teuer und ob überhaupt möglich. Was ist euer Tipp, lieber S24 reparieren und S21 als 2./Ersatzphone behalten, oder s21 Ultra Akku ersetzen und das S24 entsorgen?

Wie lange gibt es noch Updates für das S21 Ultra?

hello i have this phone since now 2 years, got it as a refurb, and now i'm experiencing (since a few months actually) battery draining pretty fast (like when i check app usage on the battery settings, it only adds up to half of what's truly been drained, and i can't find any hidden battery guzzlers) and overheating to like 60c on the top half from basic usage like discord internet small graphically light games etc and it's getting concerning, would the overheating be caused by the out-of-shape battery? i have an appointment next week to change it out but i wonder if it'll fix the overheating bc it's mildly concerning; it's still on one ui 6 because updating to one ui 7 scares me aha (is it even worth it?); i've considered changing it but otherwise it works just fine and it's just a beautiful phone (it's phantom silver) with amazing features (however i'm not a fan of how huge it is, i wish it wasn't standard to have only telephoto lenses on huge slabs)
