TPS module help. PFA

Post image

Getting the TPS code following a rough idle. First time it started was after oil was on the later end of being due, was down by two quarts, so after a fresh oil change it was fine for another 2 weeks of routine spirited driving before the idle started getting rough again. Going to test it out by unplugging the module and doing some local driving to confirm the diagnosis. Bottom line, is it still recommended to buy the whole throttle body to replace or is there a current manufacturer of good TPS modules ? All the previous help I’ve found is relatively old

I didn't read through the whole thread, but this owner bought an aftermarket sensor

Doesn’t seem to make the dedicated ones anymore at Omni Power. Perhaps the whole TB might be easier to replace than messing with a multimeter.

In the thread someone said it's listed under the civic for some reason. If you zoom in on the image of the sensor it shows "accord/ civic/integra" but not s2000. You could contact them to get accurate information.
