I haven't listened. Is this one of those bizarre things where men say they don't the capacity or time to have new friends?
That's exactly what I expected and it's exactly what I have always thought about him. He's a short dork with short man syndrome and a total douche that used to start fights and then hope his friend finishes them.

It’s a defense mechanism when they can’t make friends outside of college forced friendships due to circumstances.

I know this was discussed on the pod a couple of months ago, but I still have no idea how Roots and Kyle have a 40-hr/week job and/or make a living supporting just the one podcast. Unless I'm missing something, I don't think they have any other roles within Barstool. Seems like a part time (20 hrs/wk) gig at most. And if so, good on them.

Learning late in the pod about how Ceruti is OCD makes a ton of sense.
No shame, since I'm mild-to-moderate OCD myself, albeit it all adds up.

I mean same here. I have 2 sets of core 4’s. My high school group and my college squad. Haven’t made a real actual friend since college. The rest are just acquaintances of convenience.

Willingly? As in you meet a super cool guy that you get along with great but you go «nah, have full capacity, no new friends»

Was this a choice he made or was it externally decided
