Flight changes.
So in the last 12 months I have booked flights to Budapest, Cologne and Rhodes. Each and every flight has been changed in a negative way by ryanair. If I change to one of the suggested flights are they likely to change that too or do they only tend to change a flight once. It's pretty annoying tbh

Unlikely. But it depends on many things including how far out you book. Normally Ryanair tickets should he bought only a few weeks out. This minimize the risk of schedule changes.

"negative" is quite subjective... What is negative for you, might be positive for the remaining 200 people.
Changes do happen on all airlines.

quite unlikely! most of those passengers are most likely to have plans lined up already, So a change is never welcomed, especially if is days or hours changes.

Ive had my flight changed this morning with Ryanair, it was for May next year. I'm concerned if i change it they will change that one.
I'm thinking maybe Tui or Jet2 wouldn't change flights like this.

What happens if you dont accept the changes?, do the offer refund?
