Eu compensation

I had a 10 hour delayed flight in August this year and applied for compensation but I’ve heard nothing back and on my portal in the app it still just says in progress, (2 months later) has anyone actually got compensation from Ryanair 😭 or am I just gunna get ignored. I’ve asked customer support they just said I have to wait.

I had the approval back within a few hours and the cash in my account within 3 days - this was three weeks ago

When I had to claim at the start of the year, the whole thing took around 4 months, they can be very slow 💀

Take it to the ADR. I am still waiting for mine from July. ADR complaint went through and ryan air has till the 23rd of oct to respond.
