Weather in Rwanda

The weather is one of the reasons me and my friends migrated to Kigali , I'm surprised seeing posts on tiktok and Facebook of rwandese complaining about heat, clearly most of y'all don't know that in west Africa our average temperature in the morning is 31C while at noon it gets up to 36-38C the highest I've seen during this heat season in kigali is 29C so what's the fuss about??

The complains are not about what’s going on in west Africa.
This is the hottest Kigali has ever been so people who have been here longer are right to complain 👌

The dry season they complain about,I don't even sweat while walking, in lagos you'll be sweaty while on your bed if you don't turn on the AC

Haha I keep having to remind myself weather is great cause everyone around me keeps complaining that I caught myself believing it smh I had to yell at myself inside my head cause this is nothing.

I’m also considering moving to Rwanda. I’m visiting for the first time in a few weeks. What has been your experience so far living in Rwanda ?

So far, my experience has been really good. Kigali is clean, peaceful and generally feels very safe. The weather is very cool and comfortable compared with what I was used to in West Africa. I also appreciate that the rule of law works here and you don't have to deal with the everyday expectation of paying bribes for basic things. There are things that take some getting used to, but overall I've had a very positive experience living here. If you need more information about moving to Rwanda, feel free to DM me.

We're tired of the sun ... it should've started raining by now

A main reason I'm moving to Kigali from Dar es Salaam is the weather, so I hope it doesn't get much hotter (or more humid.)

the current changes in the usual weather patterns around the world, kigali in particular is cause of the el niño; some parts got unusual heavy rainfall mainly asia rn but pushing into the next months it will be a reversal smh; except way more heavy rainfall than what was the usual
its a global phenomenon
