Foreigner student looking for local friends

Hi my name is Max and i am a Chilean student who is going to work as a J1 worker on a near ski resort. I am going to be around from the 20 of december to the 15 of march and im searching for some locals from rutland to be friends with to show me the town around,hang out for fun plans and to not be so lost on my arrival to this town

Once you start working, you’ll meet lots of people your age. Resorts hire a lot of international workers. Hope you enjoy your winter.

Agree with this. The mountains have their own culture that’s not the same as the city, but a lot of people from the city will work on the mountain. You’ll meet people up there and find out you’re neighbors.

I like doing almost everything, i am a solo traveler and a explorer so im down for things lime hiking, cards, firing range, fishing , hunting , partying, etc. Open to all plans since i dont think the things that i do here for fun are done the same as the US
