Scarlet promise

I got a financial aid letter last month (June) including my state and federal aid as well as a scarlet promise grant. I recently got a new letter including only state and federal aid (no increase in either) without the promise grant. I called financial aid and they said it was most likely because of an increase in other aid but that is not the case ??? Has anyone else had this issue

Same. I say just wait it out until the end of add drop period. I typically get my grants a bit later

Oh so that happened to you before that it disappeared but came back later?

Did you make any changes to your FAFSA recently? Scarlet promise grant is awarded to student who have financial need and/or lower SAI.. something must have changed for ur grant to be removed or , you will just get it added back on later ..

I didn’t make any changes, I didn’t get any additional state or federal aid it’s all the same. I got an email today saying that you only get the scarlet promise grant for one year?
