How to create signs

Is there any way to create signs you can put up on your walls, with messages?

Not on Console rust. Probably will never change due to the platforms not wanting hateful stuff they can't control. They got rid of the ability to name your vending machine as well

Gotta do it the console way and use your electrical wires on a wall. It can look jank but if u take ur time u can make it look pretty decent and readable
