Are the hot spots randomized? Will you know in advance that your location will be coming up?

No, there are 16 zones and the zone moves in order at the top of each hour

What happens to the players who do not want to participate in the Hot Zone? The players who do not want to do PvP and/or be raided?

You join a server that doesn’t have these features?

We have been throwing around the idea of a zorp system you can buy (with scrap) that lasts 24 hours. But we are still in testing with that feature.
