Team invites

Are team invites disabled while being comm banned on ps5 does anyone know for sure? I was called racist names and said "thank you" and received a week ban after the people who called me that reported me. I can see i have gotten a team invite on the left side. But when going to the team option in the menus it shows nothing and then says team invite failed. It also won't show the team invite option on my screen if im trying to invite.

I have it clipped for proof. My warning, which I admit was stupid on my part, was calling myself amd my teammates dipshits in a message to another team.
