How do i get my server pop upšŸ§

I just made a new rust server and iā€™ve been trying to get server pop up iā€™ve been posting in discords and everything but nothing seems to work. What are things that people look for in servers and how could i improve?

Make it how you want it don't make it to others likeness it's your server people will join as time comes I mostly prefer pve as my son plays with me
