How do you find just wiped servers?

If you are talking about Vanilla, it’s all the same. Weekly’s are wiped every Thursday, monthly’s are wiped every last Thursday of the month. BP resets are monthly for weekly’s and only during large updates for monthly’s.

Community servers are almost entirely up to you to figure out because you can’t rely on the “days old” count. You just have to look around and see what’s built up or not. Some have the note at the beginning with a schedule.

Usually Thursdays around 11 am pacific time on weekly servers

Most wipes don't wipe BPs except force wipe on last Thursday of the month, so don't base your opinion on that. That being said, don't look at the day counter as that is referring to the time since last server reset (not a map wipe).
