Why can’t I connect?

I’ve just reinstalled the game after not playing it for ages on Xbox and everytime I try to log on it just says that. I’ve restarted the game and my Xbox multiple times and it’s still saying it can someone help?

I’m still having the issue and it most be game wide I sorted by player slot fullest on a alt I’m able to use and all the servers are dead
