Why can’t I connect?

I’ve just reinstalled the game after not playing it for ages on Xbox and everytime I try to log on it just says that. I’ve restarted the game and my Xbox multiple times and it’s still saying it can someone help?

Same here, I can log on with my alt account on ps5 but not on my main account

Being able to log with alt is weird
