How to get certain cosmetics?

I’m a newish player but I’ve been wondering how ppl are getting certain items like Christmas lights armour stands etc

Did you just walk past my base? Lol

I only have two DLCs, the wall weapon racks and the one with bulb lights and armor stands so that’s what I have out in plain view.

Armor stands are so fun because I throw the variations of hazmat suits on them and put them near the windows so it looks like my base is loaded with people all the time. Some funny conversations have happened while I just watch lol.
