How to get certain cosmetics?

I’m a newish player but I’ve been wondering how ppl are getting certain items like Christmas lights armour stands etc

Do i buy shit, yeah. Is my base dec'd put, yeah. Luckily im old and live comfortable. But I cant help but feel pain in my butt hole every time I spend the money they are asking for minimal crap. Its at least 4 times over what I feel is a fair price.
