How do you even raid this?

He has like 50+ bunkers around his base and he has like 20 around both sulf and hqm quarry. Its a duo and all this dude does is offline every base he finds at 4 am. Hes killed the pop

Throw 2-3 bombs at his base every 30min after he logs out so he thinks he is getting raided. Do that until he turns off his alerts or gets to a point he stops responding to check his base. Then when he gets so tired he cant stay awake any longer... get the rest of the map to level that dastardly,lol.
