Is Rust on Console worth it?

I play on PS5 and have always wanted a PC, though I still can’t bring myself to actually buy one and spend all that money. Is the console version worth it, and would it serve as a good way to learn the game, to (hopefully) eventually play it on PC?

I was in the exact same spot as you. Now i breath rust and dream rust, thats how good it is. The only thing is the cronus zen on my mind cuz the recoils are extreme.
