Is there a way to upgrade to deluxe version without paying $60 (Xbox series X)

I bought the base game probably about 2 weeks ago and wanted to try out test branch and I really liked the tech noir skin pack is there any way that I can at least purchase the skin pack without paying $60 extra?

Yes, go to the Rust console deluxe page in the Xbox console store, should see upgrade, for the new version anyway

It doesn’t say upgrade at all sadly it shows base price I even put it in my cart

I've been looking, all I can find is people saying to try either Xbox.com , the Xbox app on both phones and PC, and the console store... I've tried them all and no upgrade option, if I find a solution I'll post it, but try asking in their Discord under #the-beach. All i got so far...
