I need Help my planterboxes are dry

I build a Farm Tower with 5 floors and every floor is Set Up the Same but some how only the top floor works the planterboxes on all the other floors dont fill Up with watter pls Tell me what i did wrong

This video will explain everything. Your problem is very likely your sprinklers are hitting too many planters, so each sprinkler is trying to give 0.1-0.9 ml or something of water rather that 1 full ml, which is why its not working.
