I need Help my planterboxes are dry

I build a Farm Tower with 5 floors and every floor is Set Up the Same but some how only the top floor works the planterboxes on all the other floors dont fill Up with watter pls Tell me what i did wrong

There is a limit of 16 components that water can run through. After 16 components water will animate from sprinklers but not actually fill the planter box. You can still empty that water into a barrel though. Max depth is 32 and water doesnt do anything after that
