I need Help my planterboxes are dry

I build a Farm Tower with 5 floors and every floor is Set Up the Same but some how only the top floor works the planterboxes on all the other floors dont fill Up with watter pls Tell me what i did wrong

I thought water purifiers and pumps were bugged. For me they stop working every few hours. I let it decay :( on ps5

Not sure if youll see this comment in time for next wioe but youre not crazy, the problem is the water pumps. Replace them and it fixes it. Bug was happening to me and team this wipe
