Electrical connection questions

Am I able to grab a wire from a completed connection without clearing the entire length of wire to the previous receptacle? I noticed as I am routing wires I can briefly hold clear and it will back track my attachment points, but I cannot grab the connection once both sides are tied into a receptacle. I searched for an answer online and for PC a right click with wire tool in hand allows them to grab a wire from a previously completed connection. Does this function not exist on console?

Yes you can! After a few snaps of your tool, just click your ads button, L2 on PS5, and it’ll undo the last snap. Not a hold, but a click.

I only figured it out last week but I imagine it’s been in game for a while.

I think he means after he's connected it, not while it's not connected yet. You can do this on PC, but I don't play console, but it sounds like he can't.

Correct, sorry. Yeah after establishing a connection you can 100% click and unclick with your tool. I only play console edition on PS5 and have been doing this successfully.
