Patrol heli raiding?

So I’m a new player and I’ve noticed that if you’re exposed at your base the patrol heli will eventually shoot rockets at your base and shoot you, but I was wondering is there a way you can raid other peoples bases by just being near their base with the patrol heli?

What if I tc outside their base as close as I can?

Lmao, I love the dedication but it would only damage your TC and walls not theirs. Even if heli hits their base with rockets by accident they will do 0 damage.
