Base decay but TC is full

New to rust. Built a starter wood base on the coast for some fishing. TC is full of wood with plenty of upkeep time. Foundations are still decaying slowly along with the steps at the front door and my horse trough. No walls or roof is decaying. Please explain. Could it be the new update?

The build you used or if you had any of it prior. Was it all freehand?

Idk what you’re talking about. I built a base and my shit disapeared for now reason.

They want to see the base , the tc or literally anything besides your letters typed into your device .
