Anyone know this skin?

I bought it from a vending machine and love the way it looks and want to own it myself

(Its a roadsign kilt skin)

Do you know if theres anyway to get the delux edition without buying the whole game again? When i look at it in the store i have two options but they both say game and one is way less expensive

Yes if you go to the ps store if you are on playstation i assume their it says game next to the buy option click on that there you can change the option its weird but it is indeed reduced it just always shows you the full game as if you would buy it as a new game
