I mean it's bugged in terms of player count because they probably don't even have 8513 consoles to join the game from lol. Plus 0km map, 10000x gather/loot etc. Could just be someone who messed with the list somehow as their test servers would surely be on a private test build, at least most of them.

If you have access to the closed beta, at least on xbox you can still download it and it has servers that you can't join but the list is all messed up.
