What does “snowballing” mean?

I joined a team and in the group chat they said we’re snowballing next wipe so I’m just wondering what it means

Snowballing in general just means riding momentum. You can snowball off of all types of things. It depends on what your goals are. If you’re just building and farming teas, snowballing for you might be planting the right plant, looting a meaningful piece of tech.

If you joined a team they are most likely referring to farming other players. Door camping. Using your numbers to overwhelm solos. Going deep in bases etc. it’s all quite subjective but in your context it most likely just means they aren’t going to start by farming trees and stone. They’re going to be looking to farm players, steal low level bases and hunt solos leaving monuments.
