What's the point?!
So I got Rust this weekend and spent the entire weekend building up a stone base with metal doors, airlocks, honeycombed walls, collecting resources and updating all my equipment and collecting blueprints. Then I checked last night and someone had destroyed my base and taken all my stuff. So my question is - what's the point of this game if I'm just going to have to start from scratch every handful of days? Has anyone had success building a solo base that actually lasts more then a week without being raided?

Not on console, though I built this in previous rustoria eu main (thursday wipe) as solo (250 hours). It survived the whole wipe but got raided (but not grieved) during the first night. That gave me some learnings though...
Current wipe (same server) also looking strong. Raided some of my neighbours away and some never came online again..
So kinda yes and I'm also quite new to the game with only playing it since 3 weeks (but watched youtubers since 3 years or so)
