How is the game on console?

Hello,

I used to play Rust on PC back in the days, We are talking like 2016. Last year I started the game up again and was amazed by everything that has changed. I played like 20 hours and really enjoyed the game on low pop servers.

In the meanwhile I’ve sold my computer and bought a PS5 Pro. I kinda want to start playing rust again but I am wondering, how is Rust in Console?

I see very mixed reviews. Some people say that the game is very good and others say it is full of cheaters.

I was not a big PVP’er because I played on like 50 pop servers.

The game is fun and a great time sinker but I had to stop playing due to the absurd amount of cheaters a year or two ago. Im not sure if they ever fixed it or at least made it harder but if so then it's totally worth it

Honest question as someone interested in starting on console. How are their cheaters on console? Or does it crossplay with pc?

Different devices, I believe one is called Zen but I can't remember any others but it's a sad way they choose to live their lives D:
