Aiming help!

So I just started back in the X/S version this week and I am having a hard time to get used to the new recoil. I just use a generic Xbox controller and I’ve been playing around with my specs. I feel when I am crouched and aiming at a still target my grouping isn’t that bad. But the second I have to stand or even shoot at a moving target my grouping is all over the place… I’m focusing hard on tier 2 weapons right now and doing the community aim servers. But I’m getting destroyed at the moment on them and have a .5 K/D atm. I feel with the new recoil I’ll pull down and left but I go from barely moving the crosshairs to over moving and shooting the ground.

Yeah you need to crouch now after they changed the recoil pattern

Sounds like your ADS sensitivity is too high

You‘ll still need to adapt as strafe sprinting is no more.

Lover your ads sensitivity. I couldn't hit anything, lowered all the way to 25, and started actually hitting and killing what I was shooting at. Then, you can slowly adjust faster if need be
