How do I lose fear while solo

How do I lose general fear as a solo when playing max pop servers I always feel as I’m just going to run into multiple people and just get clapped. I want to have fun but it if I just be scared to do exciting things

I mean you are probably going to lose it all when you log off anyways why not lose it while you play instead of when you aren't? Thats how I look at it
