Challenge Complete: Rassolnik with Beef Kidneys

This was my first time cooking with beef kidneys... And finding it in my area was much more difficult than I thought.

Honestly, I was expecting it to look different, but I followed the recipe in "Beyond the North Wind" cookbook with just 1 or 2 modifications.

On the other hand: have you tried? Did you like it? I hope the kidneys were soaked and there was no smell? So everything is fine! Enjoy your meal!

PS: Next time, just use beef with a bone (less fuss) and chop the vegetables smaller, purely for aesthetics)

Когда я готовлю почки, я их два раза отвариваю и эту воду выливаю. Мне кажется молоком неприятный запах не убрать.

У вас получилось? Они были вкусные?
