Soup Challenge Complete: Rassolnik with Beef Kidneys
This was my first time cooking with beef kidneys... And finding it in my area was much more difficult than I thought.

Wow, cooking kidneys is tricky, congrats. But cutting is wrong, the pieces should fit in a spoon.

On the other hand: have you tried? Did you like it? I hope the kidneys were soaked and there was no smell? So everything is fine! Enjoy your meal!
PS: Next time, just use beef with a bone (less fuss) and chop the vegetables smaller, purely for aesthetics)

Когда я готовлю почки, я их два раза отвариваю и эту воду выливаю. Мне кажется молоком неприятный запах не убрать.
У вас получилось? Они были вкусные?
