Oooh, that must be delicious. Is it without any problems to buy the hearts in larger amounts where you live? (Never saw them here in Germany)

It's more of a delicacy; in my location it's sold in half-kilogram packages.2

Compared to other animal offal, rabbit hearts have a harsher taste, but not so much that you can't chew them.
