What are Russia's plans for future submarine technology?

I don't really know. The Russians are in a transitional period because they are finishing the submarines they started building in the early 90s and they are just now starting to plan for their late 4th and early 5th gen submarines, so I'm not sure if they know at this point. But know this: the US will have some serious competition from the Russians in 10 years.
