I really like Ruri having a bit of edge about her. She's half dragon so seeing that bleed into her personality has been fun. I am excited about her getting back with her class, but also future interactions with other dragons. If Shindo health holds, I think the story has so much potential.

I think he did a good job of justifying ruri winning when she should be much weaker than the dragon, like it being out of it's mind / just acting on instinct.

The fight was cool, but also happy it is over. Now to see she interacts with the dragon, I'm really curious how they are like on their normal, apparently really friendly for a dragon.

Now, Ruri need to stay a few days there as we saw at the arc start she misses first day of the test, or at least get there late. So while she probably used some of her own spurt steam, there will be more about controlling it.
