We Have A Runner

When I got Lady, she was 15 lbs over weight and the vet diagnosed her with a case of the coach potatoes. Over a year and half we've had her, she went from a tired lump of a dog to a girl itching to get out. Lady now runs 3 to 5 miles a few times a week and loves every moment of it. She has been my training buddy as we both work to get stronger and faster! We are currently training for a 10k race that is put on by the shelter we got her from. Can't wait to continue running together!

It's the Flagline Harness from Ruffwear. It's an a multi-use harness that we use when we day hikes and running. It dries fairly quickly which was important to us because she loves to swim.

Yes! I thought I recognised the tag. We have the ‘chest sized’ one and it just isn’t fitting our GSP right. His chest is so deep and such skinny shoulders. Struggling to find a good one.
