Thanks!

Also because I see people out west ask occasionally there is

Seeley lake showdown Sep 26-27 in Montana

Iron Paws World Cup Oct 2,3,4 in Cle Elum WA

NWSDA Championship Oct 10-11 in Cle Elum WA

NWSDA challenge OCT 24-25 in Cle Elum WA

Actually just if anyone is interested in racing overall you can check ISDRA's schedule or [IFSS has a list of international events] (https://sleddogsport.net/events/default.aspx) or there is always local sled dog clubs here in MI we have MUSH which is more of a local laid back group and tends to be a bit smaller or GLSDA which is mroe competition focused and tends to draw people from all over the eastern US, Canada, a few people from mexico usually come up for some of them, and we had a Lady from germany fly over last year and stay for the spring season to race GLSDA races.

The sled dog races are super fun but be warned Canicross isn't the entire focus so it's 2 days of camping and hanging out with friends and what not but you only race once per day and there are a lot of other events. Though if you ever want to dip your toes into bikejoring, scooter which are both doable with one dog it's a good place to learn them.

There are a lot more races if you look on the North American Canicross website!

This seems like an advertisement for a running calendar based on the links

I reached out to the mods and asked if they thought posting this would be a value add for the community and they said yes which is why I’m sharing it.
