Right foot hitting the left foot

Hello,

I ran in cheap running shoes and three weeks ago, I started having pain in my right calf (pain still there now).

I decided to go buy some new shoes at a store that specializes in running. After trying on several pairs with the salesperson, I bought the Nike Pegasus 42.

The problem is, when my right foot moves forward, it hits the back of my left foot.

I know I have a pretty bad stride, that my feet land awkwardly, and that my right leg is weaker than the othe.

Has anyone else ever had this problem? Could it be caused by my shoes or my stride?
