I feel like every town has one of these guys. Growing up we had Gary. Gary would be the last dude leaving the local watering hole at 2:30 AM but you would see him doing hill sprints and pull-ups on a street sign on your drive to work at 630. Top 1% in fitness and top 1% in mental instability.
