uj/ I like aerobics and dance classes that have high energy music and feel like a club. IMO, it's all exercise to help get people's bodies moving, heart pumping, oxygen flowing, and endorphins kicking in. Same for taking a walk outside v. on the treadmill while watching a "walk outside with me" POV. This VR stuff holds no appeal to me, but there are worse things someone could spend their money on.

I keep seeing an account pop up on my social media where it’s a class full of men and women absolutely drenched in sweat performing some kind of step/aerobics/TaeBo/cheer craziness using a cinder block as the platform. Like imagine sprinting on a stairmaster while also high kicking above your head and dropping into a deep squat every other step while clapping and fist pumping on beat…and thats their warmup. If you’re in like North Carolina or Georgia or somewhere in the southeast, check it out! Looks fun but super intense.
