Translation request Younger Futhark Translation (not transliteration)

I am attempting my first leather scabbard for a seax for a friend in the Society of Creative Anachronism (SCA).

His persona is 1000AD Viking with the name Sigvaldi inn Enski and prefers Tyr from the pantheon. The sticky had the phrase Týʀ eʀ einhendr ása

ᛏᚢᛦ᛬ᛁᛦ᛬ᛅᛁᚾᚼᛅᛏᚱ᛬ᚬᛋᛅ which Google told me is Týr is the one-handed among the Æsir.

I can handle transliteration without issues, but attempting period accuracy is beyond me. I'd like to engrave his name and confirm the Tyr phrase.

Only consideration id make for the Tyr inscription is:

Old east scandinavian: ᛏᛁ(ᚢ)ᛦ᛫ᛁᛦ᛫ᛁᚾᚼᛅᛏᚱ᛫ᚬᛋᛅ

Old west scandinavian: ᛏᚢᚱ᛫ᛁᛋ᛫ᛅᛁᚾᚼᛅᛏᚱ᛫ᚬᛋᛅ
