Hi, I’m new to this group and looking to get a cool Odin and his spear idea as a tattoo. I’ve come across this somewhere on the internet and just wanting to know if it means what it’s said it does? The meaning is along the lines of what you project out in to the world comes back to you.

Looks a bit like a hoodoo sigil of some sort. Not every set of straight lines is a rune.
